Scope of Services
Print Palette provides photo and art printing services, including file preflight, paper and finish guidance, test prints, and production of printed works. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and confirmation of the requested scope.

Fees and Payment
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method before or at the time agreed for the order.

Any estimate or order confirmation is based on the information provided by the customer and may change if files, quantities, materials, or other order details change. Print Palette may decline or suspend an order where the submitted files are unsuitable or the requested materials are unavailable.

The customer remains responsible for all rights in the submitted artwork, including copyright, trademark, image, font, and personality rights. Print Palette does not transfer rights in customer content and does not verify legal clearance beyond the agreed file-preflight scope.

Quality and Liability
Print Palette uses reasonable care in handling files and producing prints, but it does not guarantee an exact screen match, identical results across materials or batches, or any specific longevity or archival performance unless expressly confirmed in writing.
